"Cotton was an absolutely terrific agent who helped me buy my first house, in Atlanta's Cabbagetown neighborhood. He was always upbeat, insightful and helpful when I had questions — which was often — but never pushy or impatient with me. In fact, he gently encouraged me to put the brakes on when I needed to, and look at more homes! He also dealt with the many questions, concerns and attitudes of my other "advisers." "Cotton is wonderful! met him when looking at condos three years ago, as he was representing a seller, and when it came time to sell our condo, everyone at our place said that Cotton was the one to use. He is extremely knowledgable, and knows the Buckhead market and our particular condo complex thoroughly. I've never had a realtor be so involved and supportive, and it definitely helped that he has such knowledge not only of real estate but also our particular situation.
